1. How does the subscription service work?

It's easy as 1, 2, 3...  

1. Select which subscription fits your marital status (Engaged or Married) 

2. Shipping takes place the week of the 10th every month

3. Get excited when your box is delivered 

4. Unbox the contents and enjoy!

5. Subscription renewals are on the 20th of each month. You will be notified via email before automatic payment is processed

3. What can I expect to receive in my bridal box, after I subscribe?

Each monthly bridal box is beautifully themed and includes a mix of 5-6 full size & trial size items in the following categories:

4. How do I know when to expect my bridal box?

[THIS APPLIES TO MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS & GIFT ORDERS ONLY!]

If you subscribed or renewed BEFORE the 5th day of the month, your box will ship between the 10th-12th of the SAME month. (IMPORTANT EXAMPLE: You subscribed on August 31st. Your box will ship to you  September 10th-12th). Delivery times will vary and we have no control whatsoever over transit time.

If you subscribed or renewed AFTER the 5th of the month, your box won't ship until the 10th-12th of the NEXT month. (IMPORTANT EXAMPLE: You subscribed on September 6th. Your box won't ship to you until October 10th-12th) Delivery times will vary and we have no control whatsoever over transit time.

5. Where do the boxes ship from?

Our headquarters are located in Northern California USA and we use the USPS mailing service for all shipments. 

Please note: Although we ship out on the same day each month, delivery times may vary. We have no control over delivery of your bridal box. 


6. What if my bridal box hasn't delivered?

First, please read FAQ #4 above to determine if the delay is due to missing the cut-off date. If you have been notified via email that your bridal box has shipped, please allow ample delivery time according to your location.

Be aware of longer than usual delivery times during the holiday season or extreme Winter weather.

If you are located in the US and it's been more than 8-10 business days, please send us an email letting us know: hello@i-said-yes.com  Subject line: Where's my box? 

Our Customer Service department will respond within 24hrs of being notified or the next regular business day.

 

7. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time (easily!) by logging into your account or emailing us at hello@i-said-yes.com. There is never a cancellation fee!  If you cancel after your renewal, you will still receive the box you paid for and your subscription will be canceled after that. You 

If you are on a 3 or 6 month pre-pay, there is no need to cancel as your plan will not automatically renew. You’ll receive all of the boxes you paid for until the end of your subscription term.  

Please note: There are no refunds on prepaid subscriptions after the first box has shipped.


8. Can I return or exchange items in my box? 

We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds for any of the items in the box.  We do our best to select items that we think you will absolutely LOVE!  However, if you receive an item that does not correspond to the size you listed in your account, please let us know by emailing us at hello@i-said-yes.com and we’ll make it right!


9. What if an item in my box arrives damaged/defective?

We work really hard to package items so that they survive all of that bumpy transit – however, if you receive a damaged or defective item please email us at hello@i-said-yes.com within 10 days of receiving your box so that we can make it right for you!  We may need to ask for pictures of the damage for reporting purposes so please don’t throw anything away before contacting us.


10. I'm a supplier & would like to get my product in your bridal box. Who do I contact?

We would love to review your products and consider inclusion in our monthly boxes. Please send us an email:

Our Procurement department will respond to you directly.  


11. Does I Said Yes Box have an affiliate program?
